2. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, status code and browser and operating system information. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
The data is stored only for as long as required for operation, security and error analysis and is not merged with other data.
3. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, company, email address, phone number if provided, request and message) to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
The form data is transmitted to us by email. It is not stored in a database on this website. We keep enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle them and – within the scope of statutory retention obligations – afterwards.
To protect against automated abuse, we use an invisible form field, a time-based check and a limit on the request frequency per IP address. No cookies are used for this.
4. Forwarding to Aplus Technology
We deliver IoT, LoRaWAN, ChirpStack and marketing services together with Aplus Technology (Aplus Education And Computer Services Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India). Your enquiry is forwarded to Aplus Technology only if you have expressly consented in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
India does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission. The transfer therefore takes place solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us.
